The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease. The interested third party has been reserved the right of first refusal as per Article No. 3 (1) of Legal Notice 573.02.

Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €1,000 as stipulated in the tender conditions.

Offers below the amount of one hundred and seventy-seven Euros (€177) per annum will not be considered.

A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
