Lease, for a period of fifteen (15) years, of a garage tale quale without its own airspace at No. 8 “Appartamenti Indipendenza” Triq id-Dawl, Santa Lucija as shown edged in red on plan P.D.11_82_114.
This garage cannot be bought by the garage scheme.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €20,649 as stipulated in the tender conditions.
Offers below the amount of six thousand and eight hundred and eighty-three Euros (€6,883) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
