This site is subject to existing servitudes in favour of the adjacent property.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €15,819 as stipulated in the tender conditions.
Offers below the amount of five thousand and two hundred and seventy-three Euros (€5,273) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
