Lease for a period of fifteen (15) years of the premises tale quale at Kiosk No. 2 at Piazza Tritoni, Valletta as shown edged in red and marked kiosk No. 2 on plan P.D.2018_0209 (part of – Kiosk 2).
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €10,890 as stipulated in the tender conditions.
Offers below the amount of three thousand and six hundred and thirty Euros (€3,630) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
