Lease, for the remaining period of the present lease which ends on the 17th November, 2026, of the bare shop at No. 1 Triq Guliermo Lorenzi Hal Mula Housing Estate Zebbug, Malta as shown edged and in red and marked ‘Shop No. 1’ on plan P.D.85_81_7_A.

The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease.

Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €5,140 as stipulated in the tender conditions.

Offers below the amount of one thousand and seven hundred and twelve Euros and eighty cents (€1,712.80) per annum will not be considered.

This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.

A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
