The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €2,065 as stipulated in the tender conditions.
Offers below the amount of six hundred and eighty-eight Euros and thirty-one cents (€688.31) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender document.
