Lease, for the remaining period of the present lease which ends on the 21^st October, 2039, of the bare Kiosk tale quale at Piazza Tritoni, Valletta as shown edged in red and marked kiosk No. 2 on plan P.D.2018_0209 (part of).

The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease. The interested third party has been reserved the right of first refusal as per Article No. 3 (1) of Legal Notice 573.02.

Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €50,000 as stipulated in the tender conditions.

Offers below the amount of twenty-seven thousand and three hundred and seventy-five Euros (€27,375) per annum will not be considered.

A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
