Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €10,378 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of one hundred and thirty-seven thousand and eight hundred Euros (€137,800) will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
