Lease tale quale for a period of fifteen (15) years of a Garage without its own airspace at No. 10 in the vicinity of Block ‘D, Pjazza Madonna Ta’ Fatima, Pieta’ as shown edged in red on the plan P.D.2015_0895. This garage cannot be purchased during this fifteen (15) year lease and is therefore not eligible for any present or future special scheme..Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €5,685 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of one thousand and eight hundred and ninety-five Euros (€1,895) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
