Advert 9.
Grant on a perpetual revisable emphyteusis of the site tale quale measuring two hundred and ninety-six square metres (296m2) at the area known as Ta’ Gwidi, in the limits of Qala, Qala, Gozo, as shown in red on the plan P.D.2025_0252. This site is landlocked and is subject to existing servitudes in favour of adjacent properties. Since it forms part of a garden, this property is to be used for gardening purposes.
The winning bidder has the chance to redeem this emphyteusis within the first fifteen (15) years after a revision as explained in detail in the emphyteutical conditions. Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €1,000 as stipulated in the tender conditions.
Offers below the amount of eighty-eight Euros (€88) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
