Grant on a 50-year temporary emphyteusis for commercial purposes of the premises,offered as tale quale measuring around fourteen square metres (14m2) at No. 23, Triq San Ġwann, Valletta as shown edged in red on the plan P.D.2015_0561.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €16,632 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of five thousand and five hundred and forty-four Euros (€5,544) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
