What are the benefits of this Scheme?
- The Scheme is intended to grant a 5 year lease term, giving tenants the option to renew lease agreement for a further 5 year term on the expiry of the first 5 year period
- It also gives the possibility to occupiers who have a written agreement for the use of the structure to be recognised as the rightful lease holders
