I hold property on lease/emphyteusis and wish to invest in it so as to expand my business, do I benefit from any extension of the lease/emphyteusis?

Yes, the Lands Authority offers a scheme whereby lease holders/emphyteuta who wish to invest in the government property they hold on lease, may be granted an extension to the term of their current lease.
