What is this scheme all about?

The Scheme for the lease of structures at Għadira targets all the structures located within the site shown bordered in black on plan L.D. 196/83 which are leased to existing lease holders or are occupied without any valid legal title. The scheme is intended to provide lease holders or occupiers of rooms / caravans located on this site with a 5 year lease. Tenants can opt to renew at the end of the 5 year lease, for a further 5 year term. Participation in this scheme is completely obligatory and will be open from the 20th October 2014 and closes at noon of the 17th November 2014.
