Lease for a period of fifteen (15) years for commercial purposes of a shop tale quale, at No. 33 (formerly No. 8) Triq is-Sliem, Marsa as shown edged in red on the plan P.D.231_81_6_8. The airspace of this shop is not included with this tender.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €14,250 as stipulated in the tender conditions.
Offers below the amount of four thousand and seven hundred and fifty Euros (€4,750) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
