Advert 13.
Grant on a 50-year temporary emphyteusis of a gardening site and a reservoir, measuring around one hundred and fifty-three decimal point two square metres (153.2m2) at Sqaq il-Mithna, Gharghur as shown edged in red on the plan P.D.2026_0014. This property is to be offered as tale quale, in its present state including any latent defects. The site is to be used for gardening purposes and as a reservoir. The winning bidder is obliged to undertake all the necessary maintenance and restoration works at his own expense.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €4,641 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of one thousand and five hundred and seventy-four Euros (€1,574) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
