Grant on a 50-year temporary emphyteusis for commercial purposes of the premises,offered as tale quale measuring around twenty-three square metres (23m2) in level zero (0) and twenty-six square metres (26m2) at level minus one (-1) at No. 3, Triq Felic, Valletta as shown edged in red on the plan P.D.214_88_A.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €20,154 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of six thousand and seven hundred and eighteen Euros (€6,718) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
