Lease, for the remaining period of the present lease which ends on the 31st May, 2028, of the bare Shop at No. 46, Triq il-Mosta, Naxxar as shown on the plan L.D.288_88. This property is being offered as tale quale in its present state including any latent defects. The airspace is not included.
The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease. The interested third party has been reserved the right of first refusal as per Article No. 3 (1) of Legal Notice 573.02.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €1,000 as stipulated in the tender conditions.
Offers below the amount of one hundred and eighty-nine Euros (€189) per annum will not be considered.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
