Advert 25.
Lease for a period of fifteen (15) years of a garage, offered as tale quale measuring around nineteen square metres (19m2) up to the height of twelve (12) courses (filati) at No. 7, Triq Il-Wegħdiet, Birkirkara as shown edged in red on the plan P.D. 72_87_1_1. The airspace of this garage is not included.
This garage cannot be redeemed with any garage scheme for the duration of this lease.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €3,939 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of one thousand and three hundred and thirteen Euros (€1,313) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
