Advert 69.
Sale of the Temporary Directum Dominium and relative groundrent of one hundred and forty-four Euros and fourteen cents (€144.14) per annum, for the remaining period which expires on the 23rd March 2130, as per deed in the acts of Notary Joseph Sciberras dated 30th October 1980, and the absolute ownership after the expiration of the said temporary emphyteusis, of the Garage up to the height of thirteen (13) courses named ‘Ben’, Triq il-Falkunier, Fgura shown edged in red on the plan P.D.JO_13_2009. Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €1,000 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of four thousand and five hundred and nineteen Euros and seventy cents (€4,519.70) will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
