William is the Chairman of Malta Enterprise.

Previously he held senior management positions with Toly Group and the Water Services Corporation.

William also served on various Maltese Government Boards including the Employment Relations Board and the MCESD.

William has a B.A. (Hons.) Accountancy degree, is a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) warrant.
