Lease tale quale for a period of fifteen (15) years for commercial purposes of a Shop at No. 2, at Block ‘E’, Tal-Hawli Housing Estate, Birgu as shown edged in red and marked as ‘Shop No. 2’ on the plan P.D.78_80_19_A.
Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for the amount of €8,385 as stipulated in the tender conditions.
Offers below the amount of two thousand and seven hundred and ninety-five Euros (€2,795) per annum will not be considered.
This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender document.
